Life Coaching
Is focused on internal life supports. We will work with 4 Fundamental Personal Motivators (under Alfried Langlet):

1. Relationship. Our fundamental motivation to connect with others and experience love and acceptance. It addresses the human need for belonging and relatedness.

2. Self-Development. Drive toward personal growth, self-realization, and unfolding unique potential. It reflects the aspiration for authenticity and becoming oneself.

3. Achievement. Motivation to be effective in the world by accomplishing tasks, gaining competence, and achieving goals. It involves a sense of mastery and agency.

4. Meaning. Search for purpose and significance in life, often connected with values, beliefs, and contributing to something beyond oneself. It supports existential fulfillment.

Psychodynamic Coaching
Companies often say they want independent teams but then end up watching every move. That puts people in a Child mindset — dependent and less responsible — killing creativity and leading to burnout for managers. I work with teams and leaders to develop a grown-up mindset that encourages true ownership and growth:

-
Preparing for a Managerial Role. Transformation Journey to a Leader’s Mindset.
-
Impostor Syndrome vs. Dunning-Kruger Effect. Navigating the Challenges of Career Transitions.
-

-

-
Manager Wellbeing. Sustaining Vitality Within Large Organizations.
-
Narcissistic Manager. Risks, Responses, and Recommendations.
-
Roles and Voices Within the Organisational System.

On Coaching
The September 2021 issue of Forbes* featured a compelling article on the benefits of coaching, packed with data, practical d examples, and evidence-based insights. It highlighted that the number of active coaches worldwide grew by one-third between 2015 and 2019, reaching 71,000.
Notably, Eastern Europe experienced an impressive 40% increase in practicing coaches during this period.

Alongside fascinating stories from successful entrepreneurs who regularly work with coaches, the article explores the key differences between coaching and mentoring — and in which scenarios each type of business guidance is most effective.

One metaphor in particular stood out to me:

Coaching as the process of “rolling up your sleeves.”
And I couldn’t agree more…

"A mentor drops words of wisdom; a coach rolls up their sleeves and gets to work."

A coach doesn’t just believe in your potential — they step into the arena with you, helping to bring that potential to life.

In Silicon Valley, every CEO has a coach — sometimes even two. The founder of People.ai, for example, has one coach to discuss fears, doubts, and personal growth, and another for business strategy and decision-making.

At Google, coaching isn’t just a perk — it’s woven into the company’s entire corporate culture. Every leader is required to work with a coach and undergo certification.

Perhaps Ukrainian companies will soon follow this path. But for now, I still hear objections like, “Coaching is too complex and expensive” or “It’s not relevant for our business or industry.”
Meanwhile, in my personal experience, those who work with a coach tend to make better decisions, improve their quality of life, and achieve outstanding results. And as a bonus? They look better, feel better, and live fuller, brighter lives.

Ultimately, let’s not forget the magnitude of the Black Swan that has landed in our midst. In times of constant uncertainty, staying focused and grounded in meaning is more important than ever. Our choices today shape the well-being of our families, our physical and mental health, and — most importantly — the light of our inner philosophy and self-identity.

And let’s be honest — staying focused is incredibly difficult when you’re navigating it all alone.
