I managed the Human Potential learning portfolio, including Facilitation Excellence, Coaching, DEI, and Onboarding Programs, handling stakeholder relations, vendor contracts, and budgeting. I initiated a multi-project model that increased program participation by 10% and satisfaction by 5%, while securing 200K CAD in annual savings through contract renegotiations. I also built and mentored a high-performing team, promoted two professionals, and worked closely with leadership to align learning initiatives with business strategies.
I designed and implemented a tailored Personal Development Plans system based on the 70/20/10 model, fostering the growth of 350 employees. I conducted thorough assessments to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and developed a comprehensive Vendor Management Checklist to optimize external partnerships. Additionally, I evaluated the effectiveness of learning paths using three key assessment tools: Kirkpatrick’s Four Levels, Brinkerhoff Success Case Method, and Anderson’s Value of Learning.
I designed and launched Leadership programs strategically aligned with the company's Competency Model and organizational objectives and led the international 3-year Lead & Win Leadership project, impacting 300 managers, overseeing everything from hiring and certifying facilitators at the HQ in Düsseldorf, Germany, to evaluating program outcomes and business impact. Under my leadership, my L&D team developed 13 engaging video lessons on product knowledge and customer service. We also reduced absenteeism in L&D programs from 70% to 15% by strengthening the reputation and brand of the L&D team. I took the initiative to create a Mental Health and Wellbeing series, delivering 25 webinars based on the Balance Model of Positive Psychotherapy.
I tailored and actively contributed to the implementation of the L&D strategy for 100K Beauty Consultants, designing a comprehensive Learning system for both the Sales Force and employees. I played a key role in interviewing and hiring business trainers for the L&D department, authored 12 insightful articles for the corporate magazine, and provided translation services for major company events, including those hosted by Mary Kay Inc. in Dallas, USA.
I developed a proprietary video course on Learning & Development designed specifically for training professionals. Hosted on Ukraine’s largest online learning platform, the course has gained significant popularity, with over 300 successful graduates and an average rating of 4.8 out of 5. It provides a comprehensive, structured approach to L&D within organizations, covering critical success factors, common pitfalls, and best practices — from needs assessment to measuring impact. The course explores Adult Learning principles, strategies for overcoming learning barriers at both corporate and individual levels, effective partnership with external learning vendors, and emerging trends shaping the future of corporate learning.

I’m a Learning and Development strategist who designs and drives impactful learning initiatives that organically embed into your company culture inspiring employees to grow every day while delivering measurable results.
I create a safe and supportive environment where your employees can develop their talents and strengths.
On My Dedication
"The key to Learning and Development is leveraging the right resources at the right times that cater to the right formats for the right employees".
Lars Shmidt.
I really enjoy recalling and sharing this story when people ask why I chose the field of Learning and Development as my profession.
In fact, many people enter this profession because they dreamed, as children, of being like their first teacher. This was also the case for me.
From a young age, I felt a strong desire to share valuable knowledge and practices with others, which led me to choose the Faculty of Pedagogy at Melitopol State University, specializing in Foreign Language Teaching — a degree I completed with honors.
Shortly after graduating from university, I moved to Kyiv and began working as an administrative secretary at the international U.S. company Mary Kay. There, I quickly discovered my passion for the Learning and Development field.
I quickly became aware of the trainers who led workshops and various learning events. From the very beginning, I was deeply fascinated by this, and soon after, a pivotal moment occurred that would go on to shape the entire course of my professional journey.
One day, the whole board team went out of town for a special training session delivered by an external consulting company. Two days later, they returned, and here’s what happened that morning.
The CEO arrived, as usual, in the morning and went to the reception desk. I was responsible for a list where employees recorded their arrival and departure times each morning and evening. I clearly remember that the CEO approached me, and instead of signing in, she grabbed the list and dramatically tore it into four pieces, handed the scraps to me, and said:
“Olga, this will no longer exist in our company.”
I was so stunned by the moment that it dawned on me I wanted to become an expert in Learning and Development and design programs that would inspire decisions like this within companies.
I realized I was witnessing the butterfly effect, where a seemingly small action would later influence many processes within the organization.
Soon after this pivotal event, I was hired as a Learning Specialist in the very department I had admired since the beginning of my career at Mary Kay. This set the stage for an impactful career in Learning and Development, where I have gained extensive experience in managerial roles at leading international companies - Mary Kay, METRO, iDeals, Deloitte.
